Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Draft complex bankruptcy pleadings, adversary complaints, and reorganization documents
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and restructuring agreements
- Coordinate due diligence for asset sales and Section 363 transactions
- Manage multi-jurisdictional cases and cross-border insolvency matters
- Prepare disclosure statements, reorganization plans, and court presentations
- Interface with debtors, creditors' committees, and institutional parties
Requirements:
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years bankruptcy/restructuring experience essential
- Advanced knowledge of Chapter 11 procedures and Delaware Bankruptcy Court
- Strong analytical skills and financial document review experience
- Proficient in case management systems and legal research platforms
- Excellent written communication and client interaction abilities
