Job Details


Responsibilities:

  • Draft complex bankruptcy pleadings, adversary complaints, and reorganization documents
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and restructuring agreements
  • Coordinate due diligence for asset sales and Section 363 transactions
  • Manage multi-jurisdictional cases and cross-border insolvency matters
  • Prepare disclosure statements, reorganization plans, and court presentations
  • Interface with debtors, creditors' committees, and institutional parties

Requirements:

  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years bankruptcy/restructuring experience essential
  • Advanced knowledge of Chapter 11 procedures and Delaware Bankruptcy Court
  • Strong analytical skills and financial document review experience
  • Proficient in case management systems and legal research platforms
  • Excellent written communication and client interaction abilities
