Job Details: Actively hiring for a Building Automation Engineer to join our team in Minnesota. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced automation systems for commercial buildings. You'll integrate various systems, including HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management, to create efficient and intelligent environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engineer tailored BAS solutions, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management technologies, to meet project specifications and client needs.
  • Create and modify control programs, sequences of operation, and graphical user interfaces using platforms like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, or Siemens.
  • Seamlessly integrate various building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, and access control) for a unified automation platform.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring peak performance and reliability of installed systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest BAS technologies and trends to bring forward-thinking solutions to the team and clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent education/experience considered.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining building automation systems
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Schneider Electric, siemens, Johnson controls, automated logic, distech, or other
  • Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems.
  • Proficiency in building automation protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
