As a BAS Service Technician, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground expert responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Building Automation / DDC control systems across the NYC metro area.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BAS hardware and software, including Tridium Niagara systems.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of BAS equipment, including sensors, controllers, and field devices.
- Modify or update system logic, graphics, and sequences as needed to meet client requirements.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining system operations, issues, and solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and updates to system documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls experience
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms; Schneider Electric, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Trane, KMC, Reliable Controls etc
- Tridium Niagara N4 certification (preferred)
- BACnet communication
