BAS Service Technician

As a BAS Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of building automation systems for a variety of commercial clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BAS hardware and software, including Tridium Niagara systems.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of BAS equipment, including sensors, controllers, and field devices.
• Modify or update system logic, graphics, and sequences as needed to meet client requirements.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining system operations, issues, and solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and updates to system documentation.

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls experience
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms; Schneider Electric, Distech (preferred), Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, etc
• Tridium Niagara N4 certification (preferred)
• BACnet communication
