Job Details
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional behavior assessments, and working with autism spectrum disorders. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and creating treatment plans based on the findings.
2. Implementing, supervising, and monitoring ABA therapy programs for clients with autism spectrum disorders.
3. Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure the highest quality of care.
5. Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans and strategies based on client progress and data analysis.
6. Providing parent training and support to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and services provided.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
Qualifications
Successful candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
2. Current and valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA
4. Proven experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing and implementing ABA therapy programs.
