Job Details
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent BCBA Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, including training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
3. Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals in collaboration with clients, families, and other team members.
4. Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and professional standards, including those set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
6. Collaborate with other professionals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
7. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
2. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the field of ABA.
4. Knowledge of current best practices in ABA and experience with a variety of intervention strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and build strong relationships with clients and families.
8. Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and data collection software.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research and trends in ABA.
