Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Permanent Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. As a Permanent Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in the Psych, Psychiatry, Intake, and Behavioral Medicine departments. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring vital signs and providing ongoing patient care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
  • Ensuring that patient charts and records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Psych, Psychiatry, Intake, and Behavioral Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts as required
