Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Behavioral Health Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the provision of behavioral health services department. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, related mental health discipline with an emphasis on clinical experience.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or master's level independent licensure in Georgia in a related field such as Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing.
Must be CPR certified.
PREFERRED
Previous Supervisory Experience.
Three years’ experience as a Behavioral Health Clinician or Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of behavioral health services department
- Provide clinical supervision to LCSWs and other behavioral health professionals
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure integrated care for patients
- Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide training and education to staff and other stakeholders as needed
Qualifications:
