We are 75+ years old, providing coverage for businesses and families in the Central Valley and Central Coast. This is an independent Insurance Broker who provides solutions for your business, employees, and your home and auto. The Sr. Customer Service Representative could work out of Fresno County or San Luis Obispo County offices, we are also open to considering someone who lives in California and wants to work 100% remotely.
This person will focus specifically on employee benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision. Required knowledge of employee benefits on the insurance side and must have Life & Health Insurance licensing.

Sets up, maintains, and renews employee benefit policies
Correspond with clients by phone and through email correspondence
Resolve inquiries, problems, and complaints
Collaborate with underwriters and other internal staff
Provides exceptional customer service
Processing applications
Reviewing and renewing and cancelling policies
Reviewing renewal reports
Issues certificates of insurance for clients' requests and prepares and issues endorsements and invoices policy premiums
Reviews and rates potential new and renewal business; determines possible markets, establishes terms, establishes conditions, and prices
Reviews loss runs
Correspond with clients by phone and through email correspondence
Resolve inquiries, problems, and complaints
