Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau to facilitate data-driven decision making.
2. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to present data visually and effectively.
3. Conduct thorough data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of data sources.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify trends or anomalies.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to align financial data and business operations for comprehensive analysis.
6. Leverage Snowflake platform for data warehousing and data management tasks.
7. Develop effective data quality measures and controls to ensure the integrity of BI reports and dashboards.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet business needs.
9. Provide technical support and training to end-users for BI tools and systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI Analyst role, preferably in the marketing industry.
3. Proficient in Tableau and other BI tools for creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
4. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with Snowflake is a plus.
5. Solid experience in data analysis, data validation, and data quality control.
6. Excellent understanding of KPIs and their application in business performance monitoring.
7. Familiarity with finance-related data analysis is highly desirable.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
