BI Developer

Our client, a healthcare organization, offers a wide range of medical services, including family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, and rheumatology. The group also offers services such as laboratory testing, imaging, and physical therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and T-SQL
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and dashboards using industry best practices
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validations
• Optimize and tune SQL queries to improve performance and scalability
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and T-SQL
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
