We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable in the Transportation/Logistics industry. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and ledger management.
  • Efficiently reconcile invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze income statements and create detailed financial reports.
  • Set up new customers in the accounting system and maintain up-to-date customer information.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
  • Use accounting software and McLeod Software to manage financial operations.
  • Work closely with the logistics or transposition industry to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
  • Manage and maintain accruals and ensure financial information is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software and McLeod Software.
  • Experience with ledger management, invoicing, collections, and reconciling invoices.
  • Strong understanding of income statements and the ability to create detailed financial reports.
  • Experience with customer setup and maintaining up-to-date customer information.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience in the logistics or transposition industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
