Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in personal injury law.
4. Proven experience in plaintiff litigation.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate agreements.
8. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to think critically, strategize, and problem solve.
9. Proficient in legal research and writing.
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
11. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
