We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Area Field Manager for our rapidly growing construction firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a sharp, analytical mind and a proven track record of managing and executing high-quality landscaping projects. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including training and mentoring staff, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, safety, planning, coordinating, and overseeing landscaping projects. Your ability to lead and inspire a team will be key in driving the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of landscapers to execute high-quality projects, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all work is carried out within the agreed financial parameters.
- Schedule projects effectively, ensuring resources are allocated correctly and deadlines are met.
- Handle payroll responsibilities for your team, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Prioritize safety, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or landscaping industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, and leading teams.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality landscaping projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in payroll management.
- Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with a sharp, analytical mind.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
