Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Leesburg, VA
Employment Type: 20 hours per week Monday - Thursday
Job Overview:
Our community health center is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist with proven experience in family care settings. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and play a key role in welcoming patients and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.
Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars.
Assist patients in completing forms and navigating the clinic’s services.
Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry using our electronic system.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle general office tasks, including filing, correspondence, and administrative support.
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or medical office training is a plus.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior experience working in a family care or similar healthcare environment is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
