Our top-rated legal firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in plaintiff representation, who is fluent in Spanish, and who is passionate about advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume case load, working closely with clients, and providing expert legal advice in both English and Spanish. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the personal injury field.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, from investigation and pleadings through pre-trial, trial, and appeal.
2. Conduct client consultations in both English and Spanish to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice.
3. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
4. Conduct and defend depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court.
5. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcome for clients.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times when interacting with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state, and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a personal injury attorney with a strong record of plaintiff representation.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume case load.
6. Exceptional negotiation, research, and trial advocacy skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
9. Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and maintaining the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
