This is a permanent, full-time position that demands a dedicated professional with a passion for justice and a heart for client service. Our firm is committed to providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele, and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. If you have a proven track record in personal injury law, are fluent in Spanish, and are ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients who have experienced injuries.
2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity of a client's claim.
3. Develop and implement effective legal strategies that maximize client compensation.
4. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
5. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
6. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
7. Conduct and defend depositions.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards as prescribed by the state bar.
9. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they fully understand the legal process and their rights.
10. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in personal injury law.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Arizona state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Fluent in Spanish - both written and spoken.
5. Proven experience conducting and defending depositions.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
9. Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal excellence.
10. Proficient in the use of legal research software and other legal tools.
11. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
