Scope of Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead a team of billing analysts.
- Ensure exemplary customer service to our Firm's partners and clients.
- Ensure quality work and improve team practices and workflows.
- Ensure clear communication and champion process enhancements.
- Work closely with departmental leadership and peers on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred AND 3+ years of professional legal billing experience
- Management / leadership experience required
- Proficiency in legal billing software (Aderant preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
