We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Facilitator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to create, manage, and implement BIM protocols on a variety of construction projects. Responsibilities:

As a BIM Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and managing the project-specific BIM execution plan.
2. Coordinating BIM production and project standards.
3. Working closely with project teams to ensure BIM standards are implemented and results are consistent.
4. Providing technical support for BIM software.
5. Participating in project BIM meetings and collaboration sessions.
6. Leading training sessions on BIM software and processes.
7. Managing and distributing controlled digital documents and BIM models.
8. Reviewing and validating BIM models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
9. Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
10. Assisting in conflict detection and providing solutions for resolution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the BIM Facilitator role should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM role within the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, and MEP.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction processes, systems, and methodologies.
4. In-depth understanding of BIM processes and standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to train and guide team members on BIM processes.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
