You will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of Blueprint Reading and Schematics.

- Develop and manage BIM protocols and templates for the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams to set up and manage BIM projects.
- Create accurate BIM models for design development and review.
- Use BIM models to extract project information, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM application issues and user errors.
- Train and support team members and partners on the use of BIM technology and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM and related technology.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met and within budget.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a BIM Specialist role or similar.
- Proven experience and proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and others.
- Proficient in Blueprint Reading and Schematics.
- Strong abilities to analyze technical drawings.
- Excellent technical skills and a high level of proficiency with design technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
