Job Details
We’re looking for a skilled Boiler Service Technician that’s experienced in boiler maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in commercial settings. In this position, you’ll ensuring peak performance, energy efficiency, and reliability for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Service Coordinators, and customers to deliver top-tier service while working on cutting-edge HVAC and mechanical systems.

- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on boilers and other HVAC-related systems.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Clean, calibrate, and fine-tune boilers, burners, fuel trains, and control systems.
- Use your expertise to determine service requirements and provide preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
- Represent the company professionally when working with customers, contractors, and project teams.
- Provide recommendations to customers on preventative maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all required paperwork is submitted on time.
- Follow all safety protocols while working in mechanical rooms and field environments.
- Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial boiler service.
- Boiler certification & OSHA 10 training (or willingness to obtain).
- Electrical experience is required; additional certifications (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, EPA Certification) are a big plus.
- Ability to work in varied conditions, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, and high-voltage equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
