We are seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a permanent position for an individual who is passionate about numbers and has a keen eye for detail.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update financial records on a regular basis.
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.
3. Prepare and send invoices to clients.
4. Reconcile bank statements and conduct bank reconciliations as required.
5. Monitor financial transactions and reports.
6. Process accounts receivable and payable.
7. Work closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports.
8. Ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices.
9. Use Quickbooks for the creation of financial statements and reports.
10. Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
11. Assist with tax preparation and filing activities.
12. Participate in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping.
2. Proven experience with bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
4. Familiarity with A/R, reconciling, and invoicing.
5. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
6. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
8. Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
