Responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Representing and promoting our brand at various events, trade shows, and customer sites.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Generating leads and scheduling free in-home consultations for the sales team.
4. Utilizing your persuasive skills to influence potential customers and partners.
5. Continuously learning and adapting to new sales techniques to boost brand awareness and sales.
6. Providing product information and practical demonstrations to potential customers.
7. Gathering feedback from customers and partners to improve our brand and products.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to reach more customers and increase sales.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Brand Ambassador role should have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
2. Proven experience as a natural salesperson with the ability to handle rejection well and move forward to achieve goals.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills with an outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor.
4. An influential and persuasive nature, confident with face-to-face interactions.
5. Reliable transportation to travel to various locations for brand promotion.
6. An eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to adapt and learn new sales techniques.
7. Proven experience in generating leads and scheduling consultations for the sales team.
8. Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of individuals.
9. High motivation and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
