Job Details

We’re hiring a skilled Building Automation Programmer with proven expertise in Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) to support our growing BAS projects in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead the programming and commissioning of complex building automation systems.
Note: Tridium Niagara Certification (AX or N4) is required for this position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Program, commission, and integrate building automation systems using Tridium Niagara (AX/N4)
  • Develop custom control logic, graphics, and dashboards for building performance monitoring
  • Integrate third-party systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.) within Niagara
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project specs
  • Perform system diagnostics and resolve issues during and after project deployment
  • Maintain code libraries, backups, and documentation for all programmed systems
  • Train clients and end users on system operation when needed

Requirements:
  • Tridium Niagara AX and/or N4 Certification – Required
  • 3+ years of programming experience in Building Automation Systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC sequences, control systems, and building operations
  • Proficiency with open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON
  • Familiarity with additional BAS platforms (Honeywell, Distech, JCI, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
