Job Details
Requirements -
+ 10 years of commercial HVAC experience in building automation and energy services (preferred)
+ 5 years of experience managing building automation projects
+ Hands-on experience with building automation systems
+ Strong project coordination, scheduling, and financial acumen
+ Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Qualifications & Responsibilities -
+ Plan, coordinate, and direct personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to complete multiple projects on time and within budget
+ Manage projects ranging from small retrofits to multi-million-dollar installations with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
+ Oversee scheduling of engineers, installers, and technicians while providing customers with regular updates
+ Conduct project walks, turnover meetings, and pre-bid reviews to ensure scope, labor, and material requirements are properly defined
+ Monitor and manage project financials, schedules, and manpower plans; implement recovery steps where needed
+ Pursue and manage change orders, ensuring accurate documentation and contract compliance
+ Mentor and develop field technicians and installers on HVAC equipment and control concepts
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of equipment on job sites
+ Complete close-out documentation per project requirements
+ Support staffing needs, training, and evaluation of field teams

+ Base salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually
