Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Forecasting: Provide, interpret, and distribute detailed forecasts, sales goals, and budgetary reports to internal stakeholders. Regularly monitor, analyze, and forecast demand, revenue, and budgets to determine sales potential and make informed recommendations.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Develop and maintain dynamic sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts. Collaborate with the sales teams to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and refine strategies for maximum sales impact.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights for omni-channel performance, comparing profitability across direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, wholesale, and brick-and-mortar channels as well as by SKU. Perform budget to actual financial analysis to keep in line with company objectives.
  • Pricing: Determine optimal pricing strategies (MAP, SRP, and MSRP) and margin optimization initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Assist in the development and implementation of targeted sales training programs to enhance overall sales team effectiveness.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify both opportunities and threats.
  • Process Optimization: Support the sales and finance teams in creating compelling financial presentations and proposals by providing robust data-driven insights. Drive improvements in data integrity and reporting automation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis or data analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database software, as well as business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
