Job Details
This is a newly created role within the finance organization of a large architectural manufacturing company operating across six legal entities in the U.S. and Canada. The Business Analytics Manager, Finance will play a critical role in transforming divisional financial performance reporting, analytics, and decision support.
The position blends traditional FP&A responsibilities with advanced business analytics and process improvement. The role is designed for a finance leader who is comfortable owning P&L analysis while building scalable reporting, improving processes, and partnering closely with operations and executive leadership.
Approximately 40 percent of the role is focused on analytics, reporting, and insights, with the remaining 60 percent dedicated to process improvement, transformation initiatives, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and help transform divisional P&L reporting and financial analysis across six operating entities, including one Canadian entity
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned divisions
- Act as a finance business partner to operational leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility
- Drive finance related process improvement initiatives, including reporting standardization and performance metrics
- Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement scalable solutions
- Support strategic initiatives tied to profitability, cost structure, and operational performance
- Partner closely with corporate and divisional controllers to align analytics, reporting, and financial controls
- Contribute to the ongoing build out of a more data driven, performance focused finance organization
Tools and Systems:
- Power BI required
- Strong experience working with P&L statements in multi entity environments
- Manufacturing, construction, or architectural products industry experience strongly preferred
Background and Profile:
- Strong foundation in FP&A combined with hands on business analytics experience
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi entity organizations
- Experience supporting operational leaders in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Comfortable in a transformation oriented role with evolving structure and expectations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
