We are seeking an experienced Business and Commercial Disputes Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our organization, handling complex business and commercial disputes, and providing expert legal advice to our clients. This role will involve working on a broad range of matters, including transactions, bankruptcy, and corporate law. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, from startups to established corporations, providing legal counsel that can shape the future of their businesses.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert counsel on a range of business and commercial disputes, including transactions, bankruptcy, and corporate law.
2. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of state and federal laws, regulations, and trends in the field of business and commercial law to provide the most accurate advice to clients.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.
7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
8. Contribute to business development activities, including networking, presentations, and seminars.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business and Commercial Disputes Attorney.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Demonstrated expertise in transactions, bankruptcy, and corporate law.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes.
6. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
9. Excellent client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
