Business Development/ Branch Manager- Landscaping, Houston TX 78070

Our Client in Houston, TX is a growing and thriving lawncare and landscaping company. They are looking to hire a permanent Business Development/Sales/Branch Manager to run and operate their newest location. This office is located in the Spring Branch/West Houston area (78070). You will be tasked to oversee the operations of this office, as well as build relationships with new clients, and maintain the relationships of existing clients.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven, successful background in building a book of new business, overseeing the day to day operations, and managing teams of lawncare laborers.

• Beyond day to day Branch Manager Duties - this person would do some Business development and manage a small book of business, typically a few larger projects with higher end clients, possibly a couple HOA communities.

Musts:

• Computer Skills, Financial understanding in Landscape.
• Minimum 3-5 years as an Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, Branch manager.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Seasoned Management of Landscape related Staff
• Specialty Landscape Skills

Pluses:

• Irrigation License, Pesticide License, Degree in horticulture  etc. *** Whether through education or field experience.
• Spanish Speaking a plus

Other Duties:
1. Participation in Client Functions through the year to promote business and client relations
2. HAA, BOMA, CAI events for Business development
3. HOA meetings when needed
