Job Details

*MUST HAVE a Rolodex/database with CIOs/CTOs from Fortune 1000 companies to call on throughout Los Angeles County with strong experience selling technology solutions for the last 5-10+ years*

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Managing Director of Technology Practice
  • Responsible for building relationships with CTOs at Fortune 1000 and middle market companies in the Los Angeles County
  • Cold call, set and conduct meetings with decision makers for Technology’s Executive Search and Interim Consulting teams
  • Source and qualify client hiring needs by defining scopes of work and leveraging expertise around market compensation and talent availability
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Technology employment landscape throughout Los Angeles County
  • Partner with other Executive Search, Direct Hire, and Interim Solutions team members to match qualified consultants to open job orders
  • Led the job order fulfillment process, coaching consultants on interview preparation
  • Driving urgency with clients for timely feedback and decision-making
  • Research target companies and buyers within the territory, unearthing new business opportunities
  • Define and execute strategies for relationship development
  • Stay up-to-date on market activity for target companies, i.e., M&A, fundraising, earnings reports, leadership changes, and other material events
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, booking meetings and other meaningful connections
  • Negotiate deal and contract terms with clients, including bill rates, fee structure, duration, etc.
  • Cross-sell the firm’s other practice lines

Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of outside sales and business development experience selling technology solutions
  • 3+ years calling on the office of the CTO and CIO from Fortune 1000 companies throughout Los Angeles
  • MUST HAVE a Rolodex/database with CIOs/CTOs from Fortune 1000 companies to call on throughout Los Angeles County
  • Strong experience of Tech staffing strongly preferred
  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Ability to leverage your network and our database of target accounts to build, strengthen, and nurture relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise and comfort interacting with C-level executives
  • High emotional intelligence: proven ability to collaborate with varying personalities both internally and externally
  • Willingness to receive and give feedback in real-time
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
