Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Construction Company. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our business in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, managing projects, planning business strategies, leading teams, implementing marketing strategies, driving sales, and conducting business analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the construction industry by leveraging market intelligence and your professional network.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve corporate objectives and drive growth.
3. Manage complex construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
4. Plan and execute business strategies to increase profitability and market share.

7. Drive sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering value-added solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, project management, business planning, leadership, marketing strategy, sales, and business analysis in the construction industry.
3. Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving growth.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to success.
6. Solid understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques specific to the construction industry.
7. Exceptional business analysis skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business strategies.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
10. Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
