Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team as we expand our operations in the construction industry in New York City. As an Electrical Contractor, we specialize in providing top-notch electrical services to our clients, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and business development to help us grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical services and the construction industry in New York City
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
