Job Details

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in construction, remodeling, or real estate
  • Strong understanding of the multifamily housing and property management sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing time and priorities independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Established network within the multifamily or commercial remodeling industry
  • Experience working with HOAs, engineering firms, or property consultants

Special Requirements:
Availability for occasional after-hours networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and present customized proposals and sales materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
