Job Details
This role will play a crucial part in the growth of our company and division lines. We are looking for a skilled business development manager who can help grow a specific department/product line within our company.
Builds and expands the organization's market presence by identifying, developing, and solidifying key business relationships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, proactively enhancing the company's market positioning.
This role involves:
This individual will work closely with our internal team, marketing department, and other managers to increase sales prospects and drive growth for the organization. They engage directly with customers, often delivering presentations on solutions and services tailored to meet their current and anticipated future needs.
Additionally, they are tasked with growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting innovative offerings to customers. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, the company's solutions and services, as well as the capabilities of competitors.
Attending industry trade shows is also a key responsibility, as it enables the individual to further their knowledge of competitors and the customer base.
