Job Details
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and capture new market opportunities. You’ll own the growth cycle—from prospecting and networking to securing new contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow both residential and commercial roofing markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through outreach, networking, and community involvement.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to win new projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align business development with company goals.
- Track and report sales metrics to monitor progress.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (roofing/construction preferred).
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, and sales presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
