Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in modular construction, prefabrication, and off-site building solutions.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and government agencies to promote modular solutions.
  • Industry Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, emerging construction technologies, and industry challenges to refine business strategies.
  • Sales & Contract Negotiation: Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, and marketing) to ensure alignment on project execution. Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Revenue & Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor sales performance, and report on business growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the modular construction or off-site construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of modular building systems, prefabrication techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and construction estimating software.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Established network within the construction and modular building sector is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with developers, general contractors, or government agencies on large-scale modular projects.
  • Understanding of permitting, zoning, and compliance regulations related to modular buildings.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends, LEED certification, and green building practices in modular construction.
