Job Details

  • Acting as a liaison between the agency and the community

  • Building and nurturing referral relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities

  • Promoting hospice programs and services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Collaborating with internal teams to support patient care coordination

  • Representing the company at community events and networking functions

  • Maintaining consistent standards in line with quality healthcare practices

Skills You Need
  • Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health business development experience in DFW or East Texas

  • Proven ability to build relationships and connect within the community

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal staff
