Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to align company offerings with demand.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
Work closely with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
Provide customer insights to help refine product offerings.
Maintain records and track opportunities using CRM systems.
Some work-related travel required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license required.
