Craft compelling proposals and presentations highlighting our capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiation and Contract Closure:
Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms and contracts.
Ensure contracts align with client expectations and company capabilities.
Sales Strategy and Goal Setting:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
Regularly review progress, adjust strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Provide necessary insights for successful project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting contract logistics.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated success in business development, preferably in contract logistics.
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred.
Deep understanding of contract logistics services and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independent work.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics.
Track record of successful business development.
