Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Representing the company at industry events, jobsite tours, networking functions, and happy hours.
  • Building relationships with developers, landlords, architects, brokers, and other players in the real estate and construction ecosystem.
  • Staying on top of who’s moving where in the Denver market—and what that means for upcoming projects and partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with internal leadership and preconstruction teams to hand off leads and help shape the pursuit strategy.
  • Acting as a connector and a listener—someone who can pick up on cues, build trust, and match the right project with the right timing.

What They’re Looking For:
  • Someone outgoing, approachable, and emotionally intelligent—no egos, no bravado.
  • A strong understanding of the Denver real estate and architecture ecosystem, even if you come from a different piece of it.
  • A strategic thinker who’s astute at reading people and navigating unstructured environments—this isn’t plug-and-play, it’s figure-it-out-and-go.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys walking into a room of strangers and walking out with new relationships.
