We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a true “hunter” who understands technical B2B sales within manufacturing environments.

Background working with customers in:
Nice to Have:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (3+ years minimum considered)
- Proven success in technical sales within manufacturing environments
- Experience developing new business, opening new accounts, and growing revenue pipelines
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach
- Comfortable engaging technical buyers, engineers, and procurement professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Highly Preferred:
- Experience selling technical industrial products such as:
- Sensors
- Monitoring equipment
- Industrial instrumentation
- Manufacturing technology
- Logistics/fleet/rail-related products
Background working with customers in:
- Aerospace
- Power/energy infrastructure
- Heavy industrial manufacturing
- Logistics/fleet management
Nice to Have:
- Existing industry relationships or network within relevant industrial markets
- Prior experience attending trade shows or representing a technical product portfolio
