We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our firm as a consultant. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney to utilize their skills and knowledge in the complex, ever-changing field of business immigration law. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of H-1B and other immigration-related matters, and will be responsible for providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, and individuals.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Business Immigration Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of business immigration matters, with a particular focus on H-1B visas.
2. Preparing and filing petitions and applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, and other government agencies.
3. Representing clients in immigration proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and other relevant agencies.
4. Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents.
5. Advising clients on the immigration consequences of business decisions.
6. Developing and implementing immigration strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
7. Keeping abreast of changes in immigration law and policy, and advising clients accordingly.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law, with a focus on H-1B visas.
4. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
5. Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and policy.
6. Experience representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, and other government agencies.
7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent attention to detail.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
11. Proficiency in using legal research tools and immigration case management software.
