Description:
Reputable immigration law firm seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal with a strong focus on EB-1 petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of employment-based immigration experience and be comfortable handling high-volume, complex EB-1 cases from start to finish.

Reputable immigration law firm seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal with a strong focus on EB-1 petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of employment-based immigration experience and be comfortable handling high-volume, complex EB-1 cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare EB-1 petitions with supporting documentation, including reference letters and evidence exhibits
- Liaise with clients and attorneys to gather documents and strategize case approaches
- Draft responses to RFEs and other USCIS correspondence
- Maintain accurate case records using immigration case management software
- Stay current on immigration regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of business immigration experience
- Proven success handling EB-1A, EB-1B, and/or EB-1C filings
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in case management tools, document management systems, and MS Office
- Must be able to work on-site, 5 days/week
Preferred:
- Experience with EB-2 NIW, PERM, H-1B, or O-1 cases
- Prior law firm experience
