As a Consulting Business Intelligence Developer in the Healthcare industry, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into meaningful insights that will drive strategic decisions. You will be part of a dynamic team that leverages technology and data to improve healthcare outcomes and streamline operations. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, data analysis, and business intelligence tools. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Leverage your expertise in Epic Tapestry, Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and Epic Clarity Data Model to provide insightful analytics and business intelligence solutions.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
4. Design and implement ETL processes, data warehouse schemas, and reporting layers.
5. Create and maintain complex predictive models to identify trends and patterns.
6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through validation, testing, and routine audits.
7. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for business users.
8. Provide training and support to end-users for BI tools and systems.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BI technology.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development in the healthcare industry.
3. Epic Tapestry Certified with experience in Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment.
4. Proficiency in Epic Clarity Data Model.
5. Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and relational databases.
6. Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
7. Experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
10. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
