Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Handle a mix of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including petitions, court proceedings, and litigation strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in state and federal court hearings and trials
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to support strong advocacy
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues on strategy and client service
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in business litigation and bankruptcy law
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
  • Experience in both federal and state courts preferred
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
