Job Details
Responsibilities
- Handle a mix of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including petitions, court proceedings, and litigation strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in state and federal court hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support strong advocacy
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on strategy and client service
- JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in business litigation and bankruptcy law
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Experience in both federal and state courts preferred
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Respected firm with deep community ties in San Antonio
