The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, insurance coverage disputes, and other related issues. 1. Managing a portfolio of complex commercial litigation cases, including class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes.
2. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and litigation strategies.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements.
4. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
6. Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and legal staff.
7. Promoting the firm’s services and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
8. Staying updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations.

Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Business Litigation Partner position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes.
4. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable and efficient manner.
7. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations.
12. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
