Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to position the company as a leader in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning services with their needs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for prospective projects.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Design and maintain a CRM database, including workflows, data integration.
  • Partner with project management and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions and provide insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, terminology, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing significant business deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and CRM systems.
