Ambulatory Surgery Center is looking to hire a FT Business Office Manager.
Reports to the Administrator

Duties:
- Will lead an efficient, successful, highly focused customer service trained business office team including:
- surgery scheduling
- admissions/registration
- insurance verification
- patient financial counselors
- collections
- Managing revenue cycle process/ Complete all month end close processes.
- Establish and maintain protocols for the charge entry
- Communicates regularly and effectively
- Interview and hire personnel as needed due to staff changes.
- Conduct departmental meetings/ Conduct personnel evaluations for employees supervised.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business
- Minimum of five years business office management experience, three as a department manager.
- Surgery Center or Hopital Business Office Manager
- Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer automated accounting systems (Advantx).
- Experience working with all types of third party payers. (HMO, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.)
