Job Details
Support senior attorneys on corporate transactions, M&A, securities, and more.
Draft and negotiate contracts, entity formation docs, and other business materials.
Research and interpret tax regulations to guide clients effectively.
Engage in compliance work, including tax audits and dispute resolution.
Maintain solid client relationships through clear and timely communication.
Minimum 3+ years in business/corporate law with exposure to tax matters.
