Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

*Must have experience running an M&A transaction of 5 million or more with little to no supervision. Business and Estate Planning experience is preferred!

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney.
• The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience with securities, mergers & acquisitions, or tax and the ability to lead transactions.
• Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
• Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions and financings
• Proven experience in managing M&A transactions, financing, and real estate transactions.
• A strong understanding of laws and regulations related to M&A transactions, financing, and real estate transactions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Admission to the state bar.
